We want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. If you are unhappy with the services given, we shall be able to refund money if there is proof of a legitimate reason and will do so upon verification. Before accepting these services, read the detailed information about each transaction.

Cancellation Policy We are not responsible for cancellation of the service if the customer makes a change in his mind as regards the services to be taken. If customers would like us to take over the handling of this service, they will be charged fees for 1 year at the latest from the date on which payment is made. We shall reserve the right to do all we can to complete this service in advance of receipt of any refund. A cancellation charge of 20% + earned fees + fee paid to the Government or any third party would be applicable where services are not completed after a refund request has been received.
